So what does me think of the cruise I went on? IT WAS AWESOME. It was so enjoyable that when it came time to head home, I didn’t want to leave. I missed it. I was surprised, because I didn’t really have high expectations for the cruise. After all, a cruise ship is simply a floating resort. How great could all that sitting around and relaxing really be? Wouldn’t it get boring? Apparently not. Let's follow me on our journey aboard the cruise!
We began our journey from Subang as the bus departure location to Penang cruise terminal.
We arrived to Penang cruise terminal at noon, handed over our passports to the cruise staffs in exchange for our room access card-cum-identification card, which also doubles up as our ‘credit card’ on board the ship. All meals utilization, purchases, gaming activities, etc that involves payment will be transacted via this card as the ship incorporates a cashless system. How convenient! :D
Once on board, we headed to our room to store our luggage. It is quite spacious with attached bathroom. Get our clothes changed and head out for lunch.
We then joined the French BBQ dinner at the pool deck, which has roast lamb, fish, prawns, and many other side dishes and desserts. There were some performances by the cruise staff during the dinner session.
After their buffet lunch, we joined the safety drill prior to the ship setting sail. We're suffered due to the sun is just too heaty for us and we have to hold up until the program finish..Gosh.
Finally the safety drill prior was end. Took a shower and it's dinner time!
Hmm, I think it's abit too much for us but yea, we finished it because we're starving.
At night, there is a 45-minutes magic show session and this is the luxury hall for the show. If you do not intend to go up on stage, I would suggest you not to sit anywhere near the front rows lol. Overall, the show was quite entertaining.
The night view here was just too chill and comfy. Sometimes it’s good to withdraw yourself from your normal routine. Sometimes you just want to sit around with a frozen drink in your hand and get a peaceful rest just like now...
We were out at sea by now, so you just see the sea, the stars and the moon. It was dark all around us.
